We provide students with skill-building workshops and mentorships, access to personal and professional resources, so they can lead in their communities, graduate college, and gain employable skills.
Fit For The Future is a cohort-based leadership program that helps students define their personal brand, build confidence, and strengthen their self-advocacy skills. Through interactive sessions and mentorship students build a strong sense of community of peers committed to similar goals.
Fully furnishing dorms students’ dorm rooms with essentials like bedding, towels, storage bins, and dishes removes one of the first major barriers to college success. By relieving the financial stress, students are able to start college feeling equipped and empowered.
Next Level Leadership is designed for graduating college seniors. It focuses on financial literacy, professional development, career readiness, and independent living—equipping students to enter the workforce with clarity, confidence, and the skills needed for long-term success.
“Create & Co helped me discover my voice and build confidence I never knew I had. The mentors really pushed me to step outside my comfort zone and now I'm leading projects on campus that I never would have dreamed of before.”
— Sarah M.COHORT Cohort 1“The Fit for the Future program completely changed how I approach my college experience. I learned to network, build my personal brand, and create opportunities instead of just waiting for them. I'm already seeing doors open that I never knew existed.”
— Marcus T.COHORT Cohort 2“Dorm As Home made such a difference in my freshman year. Having a space that felt like my own and mentors who checked in regularly helped me stay focused when things got tough. I went from barely passing to making the dean's list.”
— Aisha K.COHORT Cohort 3“Next Level Leadership taught me skills that go way beyond college. I learned how to lead teams, communicate effectively, and think strategically. Now I'm mentoring other students and helping them find their path too.”
