fit for the future is a twelve week leadership program that creates the opportunity for our youth to connect with members of their community. We match members of our programs with mentors that have specific skills and knowledge that can assist them on their journey to success. This program allows our youth to discover unlimited opportunities available to them and build connections that will last a lifetime.

We end our program with A celebration event where youth get fitted for a professional outfit for their future, haircut, headshots, learn to create a professional profile, hear from a keynote speaker, and scholarships will be given out to a select few. 

Attending college is a major transition for youth, but the expenses can make that transition a lot harder. CREATE College is an opportunity to alleviate that financial burden and furnish their new on-campus homes. Through CREATE College, we aid in making our members’ transition a little smoother by fully furnishing their dorms and purchasing their laptop. Through CREATE College, we provide them with items they need to ensure their dorms feel like home.

Our First Generation College Student Leadership Conference is a dynamic and inclusive event aimed at supporting and celebrating the unique journey of students who are the first in their families to attend college. This conference goes beyond conventional leadership conventions by addressing the specific challenges and opportunities faced by first-generation students, fostering a sense of community, and providing tools for academic, personal, and career success.

Create + Collaborate's STUDENT Leadership Conference: The Future Is Yours To Create IS a day of inspiration, learning, and networking. This in-person event is designed for leaders and innovators who are passionate about creating a better future.
